Is Trackli free?

Yes, Trackli is free to use, now and for the foreseeable future.

  • There's no paid tier and nothing to upgrade to.
  • You don't need a card to sign up. Just your email address, or your Google account.
  • Every feature in this help centre is included: the board, My Day, the calendar, notes to tasks, email to task, Spark, the integrations and the Claude connector.

Is anything limited?

A few things have sensible limits so the service stays fast for everyone. For example:

  • Up to 3 tags on a task
  • Up to 20 saved views
  • Attachments up to 10MB each
  • Up to 200 messages a day to Spark
  • Claude can call Trackli up to 60 times a minute

You're unlikely to notice these day to day. If one gets in your way (ex: you use Spark a lot), email support@gettrackli.com or use the Support page and ask us to raise it.

What about my data?

Trackli doesn't sell your data or show you ads. See Your data and privacy for what's stored and who can see it.
