Your data and privacy

Your tasks are your own work, so here's a plain summary of how Trackli looks after them. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Where your data is stored

Trackli stores your data with Supabase, a cloud database provider, and the app is hosted on Vercel. Your data is encrypted while it travels between you and Trackli, and encrypted where it's stored.

Who can see what

  • Your personal tasks, projects and files: only you. This is enforced by the database itself on every request, not just by the app, so one person's data can't be read by another account.
  • Projects you share with a team: the members of that team. Team admins can see the team's shared projects, but not your personal ones.
  • Tasks waiting for review (ex: tasks from a forwarded email you haven't added yet): only you.

Nothing is shared unless you choose to share a project. See Working with a team.

AI features

Spark, notes to tasks and email to task send the text they need to our AI provider to do their job.

  • Your tasks, notes and conversations are never used to train AI models.
  • What's sent is processed to give you an answer and isn't kept by the AI provider afterwards.

Integrations

When you connect Jira, a calendar or another tool, Trackli stores the connection securely and encrypted, and only uses it to sync what you've asked for. For Google Calendar, Trackli doesn't store your events. It fetches them from Google when you look at your calendar.

If you connect Trackli to Claude, your task data goes to Anthropic only when you ask Claude to use Trackli. See Use Trackli with Claude.

You can disconnect any integration at any time in Settings, then Integrations.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell, trade or rent your personal information.
  • We don't show ads.
  • We use anonymous analytics to see how the app performs. No personal details are shared with the analytics provider.
