Use Trackli with Claude.

You can now connect Trackli to Claude and add, find and update your tasks just by asking, in claude.ai, the Claude apps or Claude Code. Claude asks before it changes anything, and it can't delete your tasks. Here's how to set it up.

A fresh look and a new help centre.

Trackli has a new design. The page is a calm warm grey, cards are white, and teal marks the things you can act on. Dark mode follows the same look.

Clicking a project in the sidebar now filters every view, not just the board. Click it again to see everything. More tips like this.

You can now find guides and answers in the help centre. Search for what you need, or browse by topic.

A new way to get started.

New accounts get a short setup instead of a starter project: tell us a bit about you, bring in your tasks from another app, set up your projects, then add your work by forwarding an email, connecting a tool or typing out everything on your mind. Import from a spreadsheet.

You can now import tasks from any spreadsheet saved as CSV, as well as from Trello, Todoist, Google Tasks and ClickUp. Each row keeps its own status, and a Project column creates the projects for you. Import from other apps.

Notes to tasks picks a project for each task.

When you turn notes into tasks, each task now gets its own suggested project, so one meeting's actions can land in different projects. You can change any of them before you add them. Notes to tasks.

Blocked tasks and Move to tomorrow.

Waiting on someone? Mark a task blocked, say what you're waiting on and, if you like, the date it should come back. Trackli tells you when it's back, and the daily digest lists it under Unblocked. Move to tomorrow shifts a task off today's list in one click, with an Undo. Both are on board cards and in My Day, and you can mark a task blocked from the task window too. All Tasks on your phone.

On a phone, All Tasks now shows your tasks as cards that are easy to read and tap, instead of a table. All Tasks.

Notes to tasks ticks only your actions.

When you turn notes into tasks, actions that belong to other people now arrive unticked, so you only add what's yours. You can still tick anything you want to keep track of. Notes to tasks.

Install Trackli from your browser.

The Trackli desktop app is no longer updated. Install Trackli from your browser instead, so it opens in its own window and always has the latest version. Install Trackli as an app.
