What is Trackli
Trackli is a free to use task manager for busy professionals. If your work arrives from everywhere (emails, meetings, Jira, a quick message from Chris), Trackli gives it one home so you can see what matters today and get on with it.
Take Sam, a project manager juggling a client programme, a vendor onboarding and the usual admin. Sam's actions from the steering meeting, the email from Corvel's legal team and the tickets in Jira all end up as tasks in Trackli, sorted into projects like Lumen Media Platform and Vendor onboarding.
What you can do
- Capture tasks quickly. Press Q for quick add, paste meeting notes and let AI pull out the actions, or forward an email to Trackli.
- Plan your work on a board. Tasks move through Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done on the Board.
- Focus on today. My Day is your short list for today, so you're not staring at everything at once.
- See tasks next to your meetings. The Calendar shows your tasks alongside your Google or Outlook calendar.
- Keep track of what's stuck. Mark a task blocked with what you're waiting on, and Trackli brings it back on the day you choose.
- Ask Spark. Spark is the built-in assistant. Ask what's overdue or have it add tasks for you.
- Connect your other tools. Jira, Confluence, Linear, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Slack and your calendar all work with Trackli. See Integrations.
