What Trackli does and doesn't do

Trackli is a task manager for busy professionals. It's for keeping all your own work in one place, wherever the work comes from (emails, meetings, Jira, your calendar), and deciding what to do today.

What it does

  • One list for all your work. Projects, tasks, subtasks, tags and customers, shown on a Board, in My Day, on a Calendar or in an All Tasks table.
  • Focus on today. My Day is a short list of what you're doing today, and Move to tomorrow shifts anything you won't get to.
  • Capture tasks from anywhere. Forward an email, paste meeting notes, use quick add, ask Spark, or add tasks from Outlook, Chrome or Slack.
  • Use AI where it saves typing. Trackli can pull the actions out of your notes or an email, and Spark answers questions about your tasks.
  • Sync with the tools you already use. Two-way sync with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Asana and Monday.com, tasks from Confluence, and your Google or Outlook calendar.
  • Work with Claude. Connect Trackli to Claude and manage tasks by asking. See Use Trackli with Claude.
  • Keep you on track. Reminders, a daily digest by email or Slack, and blocked tasks that come back on the date you set.
  • Share with a few people. Share a project with a small team and assign tasks to each other.
  • Bring your tasks with you. Import from Trello, Todoist, Google Tasks, ClickUp or any spreadsheet saved as CSV.

What it doesn't do

  • No paid plans. Trackli is free to use. There's nothing to upgrade to. See Is Trackli free?
  • No phone or desktop app to download. Trackli runs in your browser, and you can install it from there so it opens like an app. The old desktop app is no longer updated. See Install Trackli as an app.
  • No offline mode. Trackli needs an internet connection to load and save your tasks. See Offline and on your phone.
  • No full account export. You can export your tasks to CSV from All Tasks, but not everything in your account. See Export your tasks.
  • Not a project planning tool. There are no Gantt charts, resource planning or budgets. Trackli is about your tasks and your day, not running a whole programme.
  • Light on team features. Teams can share projects, assign tasks and comment. There's no chat, and no approvals or workflows.
  • Some tools aren't connected yet. There's no integration with Microsoft Teams, Notion, GitHub or Google Drive today.

Who it's for

People who juggle work from lots of places and want one honest list of what's on their plate. If you've ever kept tasks in your inbox, a notebook and Jira all at once, Trackli is meant for you.
