Sign in with Google
You can sign in to Trackli with your Google account instead of an email and password. It's one less password to remember.
Sign in or sign up with Google
- Go to gettrackli.com and choose to sign in or sign up.
- Press Continue with Google.
- Pick your Google account and agree to share your name and email with Trackli.
Google sends you back to Trackli, signed in. If it's your first time, Trackli creates your account and takes you through setting up.
Signing in with Google only shares your basic profile (your name and email address). It doesn't connect your Google Calendar. If you want your calendar in Trackli, connect it separately in Settings, then Integrations. See Google Calendar.
Add a password to a Google account
Some places need an email and password, for example the Chrome extension. You can add one without losing Google sign-in.
- Open your account menu, choose Settings, then Account.
- Under Password, find Set Password.
- Type a new password (at least 6 characters) and type it again to confirm.
- Press Set Password. If Trackli emails you a code to check it's you, enter the code and press Set Password again.
After that you can sign in either way, with Google or with your email address and the new password.
Set Password only shows for accounts that signed up with Google and haven't set a password yet. If you've already set one, use Reset Password in the same place to get a reset link by email.
Tips
- Signed in to the wrong account? If you use more than one Google account, check which one you picked. Sign out from your account menu and choose Continue with Google again.
- Can't sign in at work? Some company networks block Google sign-in pages or our sign-in provider. Try another network (ex: your phone's hotspot), or ask your IT team.
