Monday.com

Connect Monday.com and the items on the boards you choose show up as Trackli tasks. Change an item in either place and the other keeps up.

Connect

  1. Open Settings from your account menu and go to Integrations.
  2. Find Monday.com and choose Connect.
  3. Sign in to Monday.com and allow Trackli access.

The card then shows Connected to and your Monday.com email address.

If you can't install apps on your workspace

Some Monday.com workspaces don't let members add apps. If that's you, choose Can't install apps on your workspace? Connect with API Token on the card:

  1. In Monday.com, click your profile avatar (top right).
  2. Select Developers, then the API Token menu.
  3. Select Copy, paste the token into Trackli and choose Connect.

Choose which boards sync

Your boards are listed on the card. Turn on the ones you want, then open a board to set it up:

  • Sync filter: Assigned to me or All items
  • Subitems: Import as subtasks (a simple checklist on the task), Import as separate tasks (each one fully synced) or Don't import subitems
  • Incoming Status Mapping: which Trackli column each Monday.com status goes to
  • Outgoing Status Mapping: which Monday.com status each Trackli column sets
  • Group Mapping: each board group becomes a tag on its tasks, so you can filter by it in Trackli. Choose No tag for groups you don't want tagged.

Leave a status on Auto-detect and Trackli matches it by name. Then choose Sync Now to bring the items in. Each board gets a Trackli project with the same name.

What stays in sync

Both ways: the item name, status, priority, start date and due date. Move a card to Done in Trackli and the item's status changes to the one you mapped for Done.

When a board shows Auto-sync active, changes in Monday.com reach Trackli as they happen. Otherwise, use Sync Now.

Disconnect

Choose Disconnect on the Monday.com card and confirm.

Tips

  • Start with Assigned to me. Busy boards can have far more items than you need on your own board.
  • Keep the project names the same. Trackli finds each board's project by its name, so renaming the Trackli project means the next sync starts a new one.
